Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at J Patterson Studio. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Step 1: Fill in your address details so we can work out shipping based on the weight of all your items.

Step 2: Be pleasantly surprised that all your items have such a great shipping rate.

Step 3: Double check all you details so we can make sure your item arrives safely in your hands.

Step 4: Once you are completely happy proceed to payment so we can get busy processing your order.

Step 5: We will keep you notified every step of the way so you know exactly where your order is at all times.

Domestic and International Shipping Policy

International orders are subject to import duties & taxes in their respective country. These are not included in the shipping cost & payable by the customer upon delivery.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We put our best effort to have your goods to your door within 10 - 15 working days. Delays might occur due to holidays, weekends and public holidays or unexpected worldly events.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Please note: If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone as soon as we know.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping processing and delivery times may vary due to the corona virus issues worldwide. We will keep you posted every step of the way regarding your time for delivery if we expect delays. Thank you for your patience on this.

International Shipping Rate: Flat rate R595. Standard sized parcel (33.7cm x 18.2cm x10cm) International DHL Express

Larger item shipping - Contact for price - 3kg up to 10kg - R2900

• Prices are subject to change on checkout depending on your size of shipment and weight.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

J Patterson Studio ships to residential and commercial addresses we do not ship to post office boxes.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

When transporting goods across international borders, shipments are subject to duties and taxes as determined by customs in the destination country. Depending on your country regulations, there may be additional duty or taxes & these are not included in the price of the goods you purchase online. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages
