Shipping and Returns

Buying online should be an enjoyable and relaxing experience. However we appreciate that at times purchasing online can be fraught. To help put your mind at rest, we take every step possible to reduce your risk.
When you shop with us, you can rest easy that we'll treat your personal details with the utmost of care within a safe and secure environment. Your information is 100% secure, will never be shared without your consent, and payment details are encrypted using SSL security before being deleted.
Once your item arrives, if you're not happy with it (for any reason!) just let us know and we'll do our very best to rectify the issue.
Products may be returned within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org in the first instance so that we may forward you the returns form for completion & inclusion with your return.
A full refund, excluding the cost of the original shipping will be given for the value of the goods (via initial payment method). You have the right to open the package and check the contents but the product must be returned unused, in an original and sale-able condition.
We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, washed, or are not in the original condition. All product packaging and labeling must be returned or we will be unable to issue a refund.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will advise you on where to send your item
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over R900, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
